Jogging… Just the thing for a long sexy life

Two studies have found that regular jogging and other vigorous physical exercise helps men to prolong their life and reduce the risk of impotence.  The studies used over 4000 men between the ages of 20 and 79yrs.

The researchers said in the British Medical Journal “since 1970 jogging has become increasingly popular, but the public concerns over harmful effects have been raised by reports of deaths while jogging”  This really when looking into it was from people with various health problems and not getting advice prior to getting into an exercise programme.

Although light exercise has value, vigorous exercise like jogging and running, are now considered better for health.

The second study found that men who did the equivalent of a two mile brisk walk every day were three times less likely to become impotent.  (Study backed by: Dr Goldstein of the Boston University School of Medicine).
