PARKfit Lydiard Park is part of Swindons Premier Outdoors Fitness Provider mikebussPT Ltd, we offer fitness for all abilities, ages.

PARKfit has been developed for those who would love to take part in outdoor fitness training but are not interest in the military styled BOOTCAMP training, having said that you will be challenged, the sessions are tough, but they are progressive and for all abilities, and above all a lot of FUN!

Training Sessions:

• Tuesdays: 7-8pm
• Sundays: 10-11am

Rear Park entrance, via Hay Lane. Meet in gravel car park opposite the House.
