STRESS CAN KILL AND DOES…

Stress is recognised by doctors as the key factor in many illnesses.  The Symptoms of stress are many and varied, from general aches and pains to more serious conditions.  Lack of concentration, depression, poor memory, sleeping difficulties, short temper and even skin conditions are other symptoms of stress.

The ongoing stress weakens your resistance to disease and may result in more serious conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis and cancer.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Look to reduce stress in your life, look for the triggers that spark stress in your life and address them.  These triggers can be from family life, work or both.

Try to relax and lead a healthier lifestyle.  Try activities like yoga or just take time outs in your weekly schedule to have quality time with family and friends.

Be more positive and motivated.
