Sets: x3 | 40sec each exercise | Rest: 20secs between each set

  • On the Spot Sprints
  • Crunch Sit Ups
  • Powerbag Lunges
  • On the Spot Sprints
  • Powerbag Squats
  • Press Ups
  • Alternate Squat Thrusts
  • Dorsal Raises
