Forget the need for a gym – All you need for this circuit is you:

Sets: 3 | Time Each Set: 60secs | Rest: 20secs between sets

  1. Press Ups
  2. Squats
  3. Chin Ups
  4. Lunges
  5. Bench Dips
  6. Squat Jumps
  7. Inclined Press Ups
  8. Burpee With a Jump
